Tia Burton, Owner

Tia is a wife to a wonderful husband of 6 years. She has two degrees and currently working towards her masters degree in marriage and family therapy... however she loves love... She loves everything about it. She’s always wanted to do weddings. She started out just doing events to get her name out there but weddings is her passion. 

She started after doing most of the decor for her own wedding back in 2014. She started Over the Top Occasions in August of 2015 and 6 months later booked her 1st wedding of many. By her one year anniversary in business she was featured in the Cuse Culture Magazine for entrepreneur of the week! She has had tons of events over the past 3 years including the decor pieces for the 2018 mayoral inaugural ball!
